We each approach dentistry with a level of care and compassion using our years of experience to take care of each patient like a family member.

All of our team members have grown up in the Upstate and have an understanding of the community; so we feel responsible to provide the best care possible to each of our patients.

Each day we strive to work together to deliver care that is: dependable, structured, has meaning and is impactful for our patients health and happiness. We each want you to feel relaxed, cared for and comfortable. Our team feels responsible to guide your journey to optimum oral health with an easy going approach that is focused on compassion and is never judgmental. Heather was born and raised in Easley, South Carolina. She graduated from Tri-County Technical College as an expanded duty dental assistant; she is DANB certified. She is recently married and they have one cat named Lucy. In her spare time she enjoys fishing and spending time with friends and family.

She chose to work in the dentistry field because growing up she was picked on for the way her teeth looked. She fixed her smile with braces and it changed her life and helped with her confidence. She wanted to be able to help others the way dentistry has helped her.

Lynn

Lynn is from Anderson, South Carolina. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in 2006 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is married with two children and one granddaughter. She loves spending as much time with her family as she can. She thinks being a grandparent is the absolute best.

Lynn chose dentistry because she enjoys getting to know her patients as they become part of our dental family. She enjoys helping her patients lead healthier lives and keep a healthy smile.

Karlie

Karlie graduated from Tri-County Tech for Dental Assisting in 2019 and is DANB certified. She grew up in Clay, West Virginia. She has 1 dog and 2 cats. When Karlie is not at work she likes to read, travel and spend time with her family and pets.

Karlie had braces for 7 years and realized how big of an impact a nice smile can have on a person. Her goal is to help people achieve that and that’s why she loves working at a dental office.

Andrea

Andrea has been a dental hygienist for 27 years and is a 1993 graduate of Greenville Tech. She has two boys and they enjoy spending time outside fishing, hunting, hiking and trips to the beach. When she is not at the office she also loves to exercise and travel.

Andrea’s favorite part about dentistry is getting to know her patients. She enjoys building relationships with each patient and helping them maintin good dental health while all in a comfortable setting.

Kimberly lives in Anderson. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new places.

Kimberly chose dentistry because she enjoys getting to know each patient and making them comfortable. She is bilingual and enjoys being able to help Spanish speaking patients.

Mandy was born and raised in Anderson. She graduated from Anderson College with a degree in Human Services and Resources. She is happily married with two children, her daughter Carson is 13 and her son Parker is 9 they also have a sweet Cockapoo named Scout. In her spare time she enjoys making jewelry and shopping.

Mandy chose dentistry because she loves working with people and enjoys seeing them smile. Seeing the results from a happy patient makes her day.

Kelly

A native of Chattanooga, TN, Kelly relocated to the upstate in 1995. She graduated from Erskine College as a classically trained pianist and is a staff accompanist at Anderson First Baptist Church. Kelly has an identical twin sister. She married her college sweetheart, has 2 daughters, and is the proud owner of one of the resident office dogs,“Penny.”

Kelly joined the dental field because she has a heart for helping patients, and she believes in Dr. Poole’s ability to change people’s lives by enhancing their smiles!
